The FAQ is quick and simple. It just covers the serial number problems and compatibility issues.

Forum
The forum is a great way to get help not only from YourHead but also other people, like yourself, who are using RapidWeaver and YourHead plugins. We've added lots of "sticky" posts (ones that don't go away) to the forum that answer a lot of the in depth technical questions. If you're hunting for a "why does it work that way" or "is that a bug?" the forum is definitely a good place to start.

Reference
Each of our plugins has a Manual that walks through each of the features, explaining how to use it. If your question is, "What does that button do?" then the documentation will probably answer your question.
